About the Company
HireIQ are currently working with a groundbreaking company as they seek to appoint a driven, ambitious and commercially focused Finance Director. This is the first in-house appointment to the finance team so with this role comes excellent autonomy and responsibility.
About the Job.
Key responsibilities for the Finance Director will include;
- Setting up internal finance controls & policies
- Providing strategic advice to board
- Day-to-day running of finance function
- Enhancing commercial drivers
- Growing out the finance team
Your skills and experience
This position demands an outstanding and driven individual who can combine technical competence with ambition, has well developed commercial instincts and above all the determination to achieve agreed business objectives. A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, some of which should have been spent at management level in a commercial organisation, is ideal for this position.
