HireIQ are delighted to be working with an award winning, leading food manufacturing company that are based in County Armagh. This role will be reporting and working alongside the Finance Director and manage both the commercial and retail aspects of the business and lead the team to continued growth and success.
About the role
This role will be all encompassing and include:
- Complete oversight of balance sheets and reconciliations
- Lead the team on monthly management accounts
- Provide departmental financial analysis
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Managerial sign offs of costings and reports
- Identify process improvements
Your skills and experience
- Qualified accountant
- Experience working in industry is essential, with knowledge of the food sector desirable
- Commercial business experience desirable
- Strong IT skills and experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Strong individual with experience managing teams and implementing change
