About the company
This is a newly created role, reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the wider senior management team. An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded accountant to make a real impact on the continued growth and success of this leading company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of weekly forecasts
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Business partnering with non-finance staff
- Variance analysis
- Assist with the annual budgeting process
- Driving continuous improvement across the finance function
- Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports
- Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills (including Advanced MS Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
