HireIQ are delighted to be exclusively working on a Finance Business Partner role for a Leading Manufacturing Business in County Armagh.

We are a leading manufacturing business based in County Armagh, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the financial performance of our company, working closely with senior management and business leaders to provide strategic financial advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key finance liaison between the finance team and the wider business, providing financial insight and guidance to business leaders and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior management and business leaders to drive the financial performance of the company, providing strategic financial advice and support
  • Analyse financial data and identify key trends, providing insights and recommendations for improving financial performance
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring that financial targets are met
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports and analysis, ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed of financial performance

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant with a CIMA or ACCA professional qualification.
  • Post qualified experience
  • Relevant Business partnering experience
  • Experience working within a Manufacturing environment
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Experience of preparing and providing Management accounts & Financial accounts
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in engaging with different stakeholders across business and communicating financial data to non-finance teams
