The Client
A privately held investment company, investing in professional services, tech, telecoms and media with more than 10,000 employees in over 30 countries.
The Role
- Prepare detailed analysis on the investment portfolio, including monthly management reports, performance dashboards, and KPI analysis and present performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Market analysis of the sectors in which investments operate in.
- Reviewing and reporting on key initiatives across the investments.
- Capital allocation assessment, Capex, M&A, R&D, restructuring etc. Initial business case, reporting and coordination of process and post-investment appraisals.
- Business Partnering with Finance Directors of specific investments.
The Candidate
- Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA) 3 to 5 PQE
- Experience in audit or corporate finance is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with consolidation systems. Experience with Oracle Hyperion, FCCS, D365, Navision a plus.
- Experience with Power BI a plus.
- Experience in financial modelling
