About the Company

HireIQ are currently working with our Client based in Portadown looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join their team. About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…

  • Compile and analyse financial reports and KPIs
  • Perform daily analysis of production variances in SAP
  • Trend various data and present to key stakeholders
  • Generate new and existing product costs
  • Perform admin duties diligently
  • Liaise with other departments to propose cost initiatives & help provide up-to-date information to the onsite management team
  • Undertake & coordinate month-end duties
  • Become involved in forecasting & budgeting
  • Continually contribute to the development of our processes & systems

Essential Criteria

  • Third Level Finance/ Business Qualification
  • Studying Toward ACCA or CIMA Qualification (Study Support will be provided)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • Good IT skills with previous experience of Excel, Word and Outlook (Experience with Excel Desirable)
  • Credit activity experience with ERP (SAP) knowledge will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail along with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Possess problem-solving skills, and use these skills when decision-making
