About the potential next-step

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts in adherence to our payments policy.
  • Accurately process invoices within specified timelines.
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliations for multiple account statements.
  • Maintain tenant deposit records and handle deposit refunds as required.
  • Assist management with various ad hoc tasks.
  • Aid in the preparation of statutory reporting and VAT returns.
  • Support the year-end audit process.

  • Possess a problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset.
  • Experience with Yardi (advantageous but not essential).
