About the Company
A leader in their specialised field, a global law firm are seeking to add an eBilling finance analyst to their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced eBilling professional or finance graduate to secure a position in a company recognised around the world. As a member of the finance team, you will process e-billing implementations including new systems or transitions to other systems.. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors regarding the requirements for the setup of new eBilling systems
- Assist in the timely completion of eBilling implementations
- Provide support for internal and external (client, third party vendor); general queries, outside counsel guidelines, user access, etc.
- Troubleshoot invoice uploading problems and escalate to vendors those that cannot be resolved internally.
- Assist with documentation of eBilling system setup details and uploading procedures.
- Evaluate and analyze situations based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information.
Previous experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, finance, or related courses
- Experience gained in an e-billing role.
- Experience dealing with customers/clients with a level of diplomacy and tact
