About the Job

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager this position for a Credit Controller will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…

• Manage credit control activities and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor aged debtors and ensure the timely collection of outstanding balances
• Post and allocate payments and issue monthly customer statements
• Assess and set credit limits and payment terms for new and existing customers
• Review debtor reports and take appropriate action to manage risk and overdue accounts
• Resolve invoice and payment queries with customers and internal teams
• Set up new customer accounts and review credit reports
• Liaise with global offices and internal departments to support efficient order processing

Your skills & experience 

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Credit Control, dealing with a high volume of customers
• Have the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Have strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Formal credit control training or qualifications would be an advantage
