A local growing company based in Omagh are seeking a accounts administrator to join the expanding team managing credit control duties. This role presents an opportunity for a skilled customer service individual to join a local business and play an important role in the business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting payments/ Identification from clients
- Allocating payments to correct client accounts
- Identify overdue payments and advise account handlers accordingly
- Ensuring timely payments in accordance to agreed credit terms
- Excellent Customer by telephone and email
- Process and manage finance applications
Essential
- Experience of working in a finance department in a similar role
- Data input experience
- IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable
• Sage 50 Accounts experience
Skills/Competencies:
- An enthusiastic customer service individual
- Numerical skills
