About the Company

A local growing company based in Omagh are seeking a accounts administrator to join the expanding team managing credit control duties. This role presents an  opportunity for a skilled customer service individual to join a local business and play an important role in the business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting payments/ Identification from clients
  • Allocating payments to correct client accounts
  • Identify overdue payments and advise account handlers accordingly
  • Ensuring timely payments in accordance to agreed credit terms
  • Excellent Customer  by telephone and email
  • Process and manage finance applications

Essential

  • Experience of working in a finance department in a similar role
  • Data input experience
  •  IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable

• Sage 50 Accounts experience

Skills/Competencies:

  • An enthusiastic customer service individual
  • Numerical skills
