The job
Working as part of the existing Credit Control Team. Responsible for managing own debtors ledger and customer spend versus Credit Limit
- Collection activity through to litigation stage
- Preparation of monthly aged debt reports;
- Liaising with customers to conclude all queries;
- Involved in Credit checking new customers and opening new credit accounts;
- Ensure credit and cash flow is at the forefront to minimise debt, improve cash flow and avoid company losses;
- Carry out Customer Account Reconciliations
- Send invoices /statements on a weekly basis as per customers’ requests
Your skills and experience
- Credit control/Accounts experience 2 years
- Resolving any account queries to ensure monies are collected.
- Maintain good relationships with clients/customers.
- Sage/Excel experience or similar
