The job
The role will involve incoming and outbound telephone calls, investigative work to locate debtors and working with third party agencies to reduce arrears in line with target. Improving company’s cash flow while at the same time ensuring all market Codes of Practice, Data Protection and in-house department procedures are followed.Your skills and experience
- 2 years of Credit control experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Meeting weekly/monthly targets
- Resolving any account queries to ensure monies are collected.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
