What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a credit control role, with strong phone and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Experience in accounts payable is desirable
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with a professional and confident approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Chase and recover outstanding debts
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to negotiate payment arrangements
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain and update accurate financial records
• Provide regular client reporting and status updates
