About the Job
What you will be doing initially:
o Chasing up overdue payments;
o Assisting with resolution of client queries and issues;
o Highlighting problem customers to senior management,
o Assessing financial (debtor) risk and assisting with the application of bad debt provisions, and
o Referring debts to third party collection agencies, when necessary

Essential criteria:
3 GCSE’s
