About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes, systems, and strategies to reduce credit risk and improve cash flow
- Establish credit policies, procedures, and terms with customers
- Analyse customer creditworthiness and approve or reject credit applications
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
- Address customer queries and resolve disputes
- Prepare reports and analyse data to identify areas of improvement
The ideal person:
- Proven experience in a credit control role
- Knowledge of banking and financial regulations
