The business is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a complex ledger and support ongoing system and process improvements.

About the Job:

• Maintaining outstanding credit from customers at agreed and acceptable levels
• Managing and reducing aged and historical debt
• Maintaining clean and accurate client records
• Conducting monthly reconciliations of the Accounts Receivable ledger
• Managing complex customer queries, including PO issues and disputes
• Agreeing customer payment plans in conjunction with the Finance Manager
• Setting up new customer credit accounts in line with agreed policies
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
• Assisting in the maintenance and improvement of credit control processes and systems
• Supporting an upcoming system / ERP migration

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a credit control role
• Experience managing the Republic of Ireland ledgers
• Exposure to RCT and/or CIS (highly advantageous)
• Experience working in a group environment across UK and ROI entities (desirable
• Experience with system transitions or ERP migrations (desirable)
