About the role
A fantastic opportunity to take a leading role with clients and work in collaboration with an initiative-led, forward-thinking team in Corporate Finance
- Due diligence projects
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, such as capital investment, mergers and acquisitions.
- Develop financial models, forecasts and valuation techniques
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, investors, and other financial partners
- Special projects – Corporate Finance and restructuring, advising on Implications of restructuring and refinancing projects, Debt funding, Restructuring, Fundraising and ad hoc advisory work.
Your Skills and Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong academic background
- Experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related field
- Commercially minded approach to problem-solving
- Strong numerate, written and communication skills
- High levels of commitment, enthusiasm and initiative
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability and confidence to deal with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modelling tools
