HireIQ are currently working with a really exciting firm, with a strong track record of success, to appoint a new Corporate Finance Manager to their expert team. The Corporate Finance Manager will provide commercial financial expertise and a detailed financial accounting service to stakeholders. This is one of the most exciting roles in the Corporate Finance space.

About the Job.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation & analysis of share capital structures for clients portfolio
• Manage the strategic direction of portfolio company business plans
• Identifying sources of financial grant support & new streams of investment capital
• Contribute to financial reporting process
• Providing strategic advice to stakeholders to aid operational decision making
• Develop new/improve existing processes
• Produce financial projections for Senior Management of portfolio companies
• Building and updating financial models
• Liaison with entrepreneurs, investors and partners
• Ad-hoc finance duties

Your skills and experience

This position requires an enthusiastic, personable and strategic finance professional. Ideal candidates will hold a formal accountancy qualification, have experience of preparing grant and equity funding models, strong excel skills, well-developed and analytical approach to work.
