Corporate Finance Manager

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious corporate finance professional who wants to take on a key role in delivering transactions, managing clients, and helping shape the next phase of growth within a high-performing advisory business.

You will work closely with senior decision-makers, gain strong deal exposure, and play a central part in a wide range of M&A, fundraising, valuation and strategic advisory assignments.

The Opportunity

The firm advises entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and institutional clients on a broad range of corporate finance matters, with a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused, high-quality advice.

As Corporate Finance Manager, you will take a lead role across live transactions, support business development activity, and help drive projects from initial engagement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A and fundraising mandates
• Build and review financial models, valuations, information memoranda and client presentations
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax and other external advisers
• Support origination activity through pitch work, market research and client-facing presentations
• Develop strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact throughout transactions
• Mentor and support junior team members across live projects
• Work alongside senior leadership on high-quality domestic and cross-border deals

About You

• 4 to 7+ years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services or private equity
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar qualification preferred
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Motivated, proactive and keen to progress within a growing advisory platform
