Salary – €65,000 – €75,000

The Company
This company work across multiple sectors, but this role will be based in their Venture Capital Division
The Role
- Assist the Transactions Director in executing investments and transactions.
- Support the entire transaction process from start to finish, including agreement negotiations, valuation, due diligence, and closing.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of investment opportunities identified.
- Provide input on transaction-related legal documents.
- Create financial forecast models, including sensitivity analysis, valuations, and investment return calculations (IRR/NPV).
- Prepare and contribute to materials for board and investment committee presentations to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings and interactions with external advisors.
The Person
- Must be a qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA CIMA etc…
- Two years PQE, in a related field would be advantageous.
- Experience in the preparation of financial models
