About the company
Overseeing your own division of the business but with an experienced mentor, this role offers the ideal balance of autonomy and training/career development, with a superb salary on offer as well as flexible working hours. This position is open to newly/recently qualified candidates, as well as more experienced and QBE candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly accounts
- Cost analysis
- Preparation and filing of statutory returns
- Preparing year-end accounts and liaising with auditors
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE with experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills (including Advanced MS Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
