About the company

This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure to multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director and the wider senior management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly management accounts
• Preparation/submission of statutory returns
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Implement process improvements across the finance function
• Provide accurate reporting to support decision-making
• Assist with cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or a qualified by experience accountant with experience in a similar role
• Strong IT Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
