About the company

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will involve taking oversight of the finance function, ensuring compliance and providing timely reporting to support decision making. Excellent salary and benefits package is on offer for the right candidate. This role would suit an ambitious candidate who is keen to play a key role in the continued growth and success of a thriving SME business.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts
• Preparation/submission of statutory returns
• Implement process improvements across the finance function
• Provide accurate reporting to support decision-making
• Monthly payroll
• Preparation of budgets/forecasts
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by experience
• Strong IT Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
