About the company
Reporting to the Finance Director,, this is a well-rounded role offering a leading salary and is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious accountant to join a well respected company, leading a small finance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Assist with the statutory auditing process
- Work closely with all departments that interface with finance
- Take full ownership of SAGE accounting package for 3 companies
- Bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations.
- Any other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant – (e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or QBE with relevant accounting experience
- Must be IT proficient and competent in use of Excel Spreadsheets,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organisation and planning skills with ability to prioritise effectively
