HIREIQ Finance Recruitment are working exclusively with an established business based in the Ballymoney area in the recruitment of a Company Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, as well an established finance/administration team, and play a key role in the future growth and success of the firm.
About the job
Duties to include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Management of the AP/AR function
- Cashflow management
- Oversight of credit control
- Margin analysis
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Lead and develop a small finance team
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Your skills and experience
Essential
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Good organisational, planning and time management skills
- Qualified Accountant (Qualified by experience with demonstrable industry experience may be considered)
- Team player with ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
- Experience of using accounting software packages
