About the company
Ideal role for a Qualified or QBE accountant who is seeking a long-term, rewarding and secure position in the area with a prestigious business.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and year-end accounts
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee a small finance team
- Implement process improvements across the finance function
- Liaise with external stakeholders e.g banks, auditors, HMRC
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Director
Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience accountant with experience in a similar role
- Strong IT Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
