About the company:
This role presents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to join an established finance team in a busy office environment, reporting directly to the directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the preparation of Financial & Management Accounts as well as managing all accounting & financial processes.
- Manage core accounting functions – Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Nominal Ledger, VAT & Payroll.
- You will also ensure that the Company’s assets are well-documented and traceable.
- You will liaise with the Directors on all financial matters.
- This is a demanding position and requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a methodical, organised manner – working to strict deadlines.
Your Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by experience
- Experience working with Accounting/Payroll and Stock Control systems
- Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with all levels within the business
- Solid organisational, planning and time management skills
- Strong IT skills including Sage and Excel
