About the company
Overseeing a small finance team and joining the senior management team, you will play a key role in the continued growth and success of this firm which are at the forefront of their field.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
- Managing the finance team
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Drive continuous improvement of key processes across the finance function
- Act as the main point of contact for relevant external stakeholders
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent IT Skills (Particularly MS Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
