We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Finance Manager to join their finance team and play a pivotal role in driving financial success. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to department heads and senior management.
• Work closely with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets.
• Provide support in forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their business needs and provide financial guidance.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic plan.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Monitor and assess the impact of external factors on financial performance.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in Commercial Finance.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• PowerBI experience would be an advantage
