About the company
This company have gone from strength to strength in recent years, and are now seeking to add an experienced and commercially aware senior finance leader to their team, overseeing the finance department and helping to drive continuous growth.
Reporting to the MD, key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic business planning
- Stakeholder management
- Oversight of the finance function
- Business partnering with departmental managers
- Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
- Management and development of finance/commercial teams
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Board reporting
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
- Leadership experience
- Excellent IT skills (including Advanced MS Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
