Commercial Accountant

*FOUR DAY WORKING WEEK – 5 DAYS PAY*

HireIQ is proudly recruiting exclusively on a Commercial Accountant role based in a manufacturing firm in Dungannon.

Job Type: Permanent, 4-day working week with 5 days pay

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Accountant to join our fast paced manufacturing firm in Dungannon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and commercial support to the business, and will play a key role in decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasting tools
Providing insight and analysis on business performance and identifying areas for improvement
Supporting the management team in budgeting and forecasting
Preparation of financial and management accounts
Supporting the business in commercial negotiations and contracts
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

Either a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a strong qualified by experience accountant
Strong commercial or manufacturing background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel skills
Someone able to get stuck in and work well alongside members of other departments
