Job Title: Commercial Accountant

About the Company
As part of their expansion, they are growing out their finance team to support increasing operations. With a strong presence in the industry, they are looking for a skilled and experienced accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance customer cost models to support commercial opportunities and manage cost inflation risks.
- Analyse market values and cost drivers in meat supply to identify profit-maximising opportunities.
- Provide key analysis for forecasting and budgeting.
- Conduct independent reviews to support commercial teams, ensuring financial control and commercial awareness.
- Assess commercial plans with a forensic approach, promoting clarity and actionable insights.
- Support internal teams with sales reporting and data interpretation.
- Enable revenue growth and margin improvement through data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities for margin enhancement by analysing volumes, revenues, product costs, and overhead drivers.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- Experience within FMCG/Manufacturing
- SAP experience is desirable
