About the company 

Playing a key role in the senior management team of a truly market-leading business, you will oversee all financial operations and work to achieve optimum efficiency across the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of the full finance function
• Preparation of consolidated group accounts
• Co-ordinate regular reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes
• Provision of insightful and commercially focused analysis on both financial and management information
• Liaise and negotiate effectively with key external bodies including auditors and financial institutions
• Pro-actively review and recommend improvements throughout all aspects of the business to maximise future growth and profitability
• Ad-hoc duties as required by senior management

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent IT Skills (including Sage)
• Proven track record in business improvement
• Strong leader with experience in leadership, management and team development
• Strong business and commercial acumen
