Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Remote
About the Role:
This is your chance to shape the future of finance by building a robust finance function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Financial Structures: Design and implement best-in-class accounting and financial processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes and develop financial forecasting models.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance.
- Operational Finance: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Investor Relations: Build relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in online banking or neo-banking.
- Expertise in setting up financial structures and processes in a startup environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
