About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and contribute to their continued success. This person will be accountable and responsible for the supervision of the team members. They will also create a team environment that will be one of trust, high staff morale and camaraderie, engagement, and high performance.

Responsibilities: 

• Working as an effective team player promoting the model of a one-team concept by building rapport and trust and by encouraging and supporting others.

• Be fully involved in Goal setting and staff appraisals and reviews.

• Ensure all team members are trained on correct procedures and accurate training records are kept.

• Ensure all staff are aware of their regulatory and legal obligations – checking for understanding through briefings and appropriate training.

Criteria 

Essential

• Previous experience in a Team Leader / Management position or similar role for 2 years plus.

• Experience to oversee and manage the operations of several areas.

• Experience in the financial services industry.

• Proven track record and industry-led training/qualifications.

• Banking system/software experience and skills.

• Full clean driving licence and access to own car.
