The job

Bookkeeper with PA duties supporting the managing director. Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm.

• Preparation and reviewing of finance documents and reports
• Bank, Digital Payments Received and Cash reconciliations.
• Sales, Cash and General Ledgers.
• Credit Control.
• Payroll (weekly and monthly).
• TAX returns (Monthly).
• Assist with month-end and year-end closures
• PA duties – general admin, minute taking, diary managing
