The Role:

You’ll play a key leadership role within the audit department — supporting staff development, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review multiple audit assignments across a broad range of industries.
• Oversee a client portfolio of 20+ clients, ensuring all audits meet FRS 102 and auditing standards.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor audit teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact for all audit matters.
• Provide technical support and ensure consistent application of audit methodology.
• Identify and implement process improvements and contribute to business development initiatives.

About You:

• ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualified experience in audit.
• Proven experience managing a large client portfolio (20+ clients).
• In-depth technical knowledge of FRS 102 and auditing standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Commercial awareness with the confidence to identify opportunities for growth.
