About the Job
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process supplier invoices, prepare payment runs, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage customer invoicing, track outstanding payments, and assist with collections
- Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of cash flow reporting
- Transaction Processing: Ensure the timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions, including expenses, payments, and receipts
- Month-End Support: Assist with month-end procedures, including reviewing AP/AR balances and supporting financial reporting
- Supplier and Customer Queries: Resolve any discrepancies or queries from suppliers and customers in a timely manner
- General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as needed
Your Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally
