About the Job
Reporting to the company accountant this candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…
- Preparation of quarterly accounts
- Assisting with annual accounts and audit files
- Daily processing of purchase/sales ledger
- Ensuring invoices received are VAT compliant.
- Supplier payments
- Process VAT and other statutory returns
- Quarter end journals
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Ad hoc duties
- Maintenance of internal reconciliation spreadsheets.
- Preparation of pre-payments
- Review of P+L codes
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany reconciliations
Your skills & experience
- Hold or Studying Towards IATI Qualification or Equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a busy Finance Environment with proven Accounts Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Evidence of analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
