You will be responsible for and assisting with and completing the following duties…

• Collection of all overdue accounts within the specified ledgers via telephone & email communication in line with account agreed terms.
• Weekly aged debt reporting with responsibility of reducing debtor days in line with company agreed KPI’s
• Daily allocation of payments on account
• Coordinate customer credit or refunds when required in line with company controls.
• Review account set up of new customer accounts as required.

Your skills and background

•  Experience of ERP packages, SAP experience would be of advantage
• Experience working a busy finance department
• Experience in Microsoft Applications
