About the Job

The successful candidate will assist in duties such as…

  • Managing the Purchase Ledger Team.
  • Ensure the team follows 3-way invoice matching.
  • Preparing bank payments and uploading to the bank.
  • Authorisation of funds for payments to manage Cash Flow.
  • Month End Close.
  • Weekly Reporting.
  • Dealing with supplier queries for swift resolution.
  • Other Adhoc Finance duties as required.

Your skills & experience 

  • 5+ years’ experience in a specialist AP role.
  • Experience in Managing a team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced business would be beneficial.
  • Experience in Sage.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Good communication skills, ambitious and hard-working
