Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your role will encompass various responsibilities such as;

• Maintain relationships with suppliers to guarantee prompt and correct processing of invoices
• In line with business policies and processes, review and process invoices for payment.
• To verify payment accuracy and address any disparities, keep an eye on and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Answer questions from vendors and promptly address any problems
• Ensure that all accounts payable documentation, including vendor files and payment records, are current and accurate.
• As needed, assist with month-end closure processes and other ad hoc duties.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the concepts and procedures of accounts payable
• Capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively
• familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel
• 4+ years minimum experience in a similar position
