Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, utility bills, and rent payments for multiple properties
• Ensure accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close and assist with financial reporting
• Coordinate with property managers on contractor invoicing
• Maintain organized AP records and respond to vendor inquiries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–3 years of AP experience, ideally in property management
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar systems
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
