You’ll play a key role in driving operational improvements within a supportive and collaborative finance environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial accounts payable role
• Proficient in Workday, Sage, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft
• Strong data entry and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Confident communicator with experience liaising with both internal stakeholders and external vendors

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing
• Review and improve AP procedures and controls to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with HR and HRIS teams to streamline workflows
• Analyse financial data and prepare regular reports on AP metrics
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies promptly
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
• Train and support new team members on systems and procedures
