The successful candidate will assist in duties such as…

  • Match and process purchase invoices
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Supplier payments and allocation of the same
  • Process new vendor account applications
  • Ensure relevant import documentation is verified and retained
  • Intrastat reporting
  • Ad Hoc Administrative duties

Your skills & experience 

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work under their own initiative with the ability to prioritise duties in order to fulfil reporting deadlines
  • 5 G.C.S.E’s or equivalent including English & Maths.
  • Experience in the use of a computerised purchase ledger system, Word Processing & Spread sheets.
