What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English
• At least 2 years’ experience in finance or accounts administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
• Comfortable working with cross-functional departments, including HR and project teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the purchase ledger function, ensuring all supplier invoices are matched and processed within deadlines
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries with suppliers
• Assist with weekly BACs payment runs and process manual payments when required
• Maintain accurate documentation using internal finance systems
• Collaborate with internal teams across finance, HR, and project management to ensure efficient accounting processes
