About the Job

What you will be doing initially:

•  Maintaining the company’s purchase ledger

•  Reconciling supplier accounts to statements and processing payment

•  Ensuring all documents are processed on time and fully completed

•  Liaising with internal management and external customers

•  Assisting with closedown of Purchase ledger at month end.

Your skills & experience 

•  An accomplished AP professional with a minimum of 3 years current AP experience in a fast-paced commercial setting

•  Knowledgeable in a Procure to Pay / PO-based AP environment

•  Experienced in processing employee expenses

•  Experienced in processing business credit cards

• £25,000 – £28,000
• 35 hour week

• Hybrid working, upon completing of training which will be provided in the offices
• 20 days hols, plus 11 stats hols, rising to 25 annual hols after you have completed two years of continuous service
• Closure between Christmas and New Year is discretionary leave and stat leave.
• Early finish every other Friday in July and August
• 3 pm finish on your birthday, if it falls on a weekday
• Summer and winter employee events
• After 3 months of service, 4 weeks of company sick pay per calendar year
• Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
• Office hours are 9-5, with a 1hr lunch break.
