Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounts Payable manager you will be responsible for and assisting with completing the following duties:

  • Entry of purchase invoices/credits onto the ERP system
  • To manage supplier accounts and answer queries.
  • Supplier statements reconciliations
  • Reconcile unallocated payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance of supplier accounts.
  • Prepare accounts for payment runs

Essential Criteria

  • 2+ years previous Accounts/ Purchase Ledger experience working in a finance department or similar would be an advantage
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail along with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Possess problem solving skills, and using these skills when decision making
  • Good IT skills with previous experience of Excel, Word and Outlook
