Working with Senior Members of the Finance Team this candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…
- Processing purchase invoices.
- Creditor statement reconciliation.
- Dealing with creditors on an ongoing basis.
- Resolving disputed invoices and sourcing credit notes as required.
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
- Checking invoices against orders.
- Responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Meeting monthly deadlines.
- General accounts administrative duties as and when required.
Your skills & experience
- Experience working in a busy finance department working across all areas of the accounts function.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Evidence of analytical, problem-solving solving and decision-making skills.
