About the Job

Reporting to the Finance Director, this candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…

• Matching invoices to GRNs and Purchase Orders.
• Checking that invoice totals are correct.
• Coding invoices received.
• Inputting invoice information into the accounts package.
• Distributing invoices to relevant personnel for approval.
• Reconciling creditor statements.
• Liaising with suppliers in resolving outstanding issues.
• Payroll Support/ Processing

Your skills & experience 

• Experience working in an Accounts or Admin Role in a busy office environment (Desirable)
• Currently studying towards a professional qualification such as IATI
• Experience Using Sage (Desirable)
